About psychosynthesis counselling

I am a psychosynthesis counsellor, passionate about helping people reconnect with their real self. I work with compassion, curiosity, and creativity to support healing, growth, and meaningful change.

I offer a reflective, non-judgemental space where all parts of a person's experience are welcome. Drawing on psychosynthesis, relationship, and imagination, I accompany clients as they explore challenges, discover inner strength, and move towards greater freedom, purpose, and wholeness in their lives and relationships.

How we work together

I really enjoy my work and have, so far, established excellent therapeutic bonds with my clients. We build robust relationships based on mutual acceptance and trust.

I offer a warm, empathic atmosphere where you can explore the situations that you feel are difficult. Whilst I offer primarily talking therapy, we may also use imaginal work, drawing, and chair work to reveal blind spots and clarify the things that are holding you back.

We will work at your pace, with regular reviews to see whether the work is progressing in the direction you hope for.
